We are a network of insurance experts who have accepted certain practice standards. These standards are intended to assist attorneys in identifying experts who are qualified and who perform their work in an efficient and effective manner.
Each of our members is familiar with the requirements of our Practice Guide which includes the engagement letter, an early and forthright assessment and billing practices.
It is our policy to respect the confidential and professional nature of the relationship between the expert and the engaging legal council.
The role of IWC is limited to making referrals to experts in our network and billing for services as well as an optional editing service for mechanics and clarity.We do not set rates or specific billing cycles but rather allow the expert and the engaging attorney to agree on these and other engagement matters.
